Ready, Set, Go! Training
Ready, Set, Go! (RSG!) training educates youth workers, teachers, counselors and other community service providers on military culture, the deployment cycle, resilience in kids and how to build community capacity to support military youth and families.
RSG! training increases citizen understanding of the unique issues facing military youth. School personnel, youth-serving agency staff and civic groups may find RSG! training especially beneficial. A complete 2-hour RSG! training consists of mini-lectures, group-building exercises and brain-storming for community service ideas. The RSG! mini-course is a 20 minute mini-lecture with powerpoint suitable for presentation at lunch meetings and community events.
